As a seasoned Payroll and Accounts professional, I bring over 6 years of experience in managing end-to-end payroll processing and accounting activities for various clients across industries. Currently, I am serving as a Team Lead – Payroll at Pierian Services, in processing monthly payroll for assigned clients. Prior to this, I worked with Xllent Corporate Service Pvt Ltd and Candor Business Solution Private Ltd in similar capacities.
My experience includes coordinating with clients and SPOCs, conducting onboarding sessions for new hires, preparing live pay slips, generating PF and ESI challans, and ensuring timely payment of statutory dues. Additionally, I am proficient in reconciling ledgers, preparing bank reconciliation statements, and handling TDS, PT, ESI, PF, and GST returns.
At DXC Technologies (formerly HPE), I worked as a Financial Associate I, where I handled invoice processing for the client Smith and Nephew and assisted with internal auditing and reporting using SAP.
I am an expert in using Tally ERP and proficient in other accounting and payroll software such as QuickBooks, GreytHR, Razorpay, Paycheck, SAP, Zoho Books, Winwan and Cleartds. With my attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines, I am confident in my ability to provide top-notch service to my clients.
