My name is Sandeep J Shridhar. I'm a seasoned Design Leader and Digital Xperience Designer with over 2 decades’ building products and strategizing innovative digital experiences.
In the positions that I’ve held and among the teams that I’ve worked with, I’m known for 3 things :
I grew up in Kerala India, am an avid Listener and Teller of Human Stories, a Keen Learner of Psychology, Cognition and Heuristics. Those close to me say that I have a "Multiple Passion Disorder" owing to which I’m able to connect my dots in peculiar ways, thus bringing a whole new perspective to the topic thus making the solutioning process convergent and the creative process intuitive. Though I do not have a design degree or certification to my name (which is my biggest selling point as of today), my 20 year journey speaks for my credibility.
I have a keen desire to learn anything about “D.E.S.I.G.N.” and refer to myself as a Battle-Hardened Designer with a solid foundation and a sound evolution.
My journey started from humble origins to strategizing digital experiences for small startups as well as world’s biggest brands. I have a credible track record of delivering a consistent 3x ROI to my clients and have won multiple awards and recognitions from world leaders like Cisco, Daimler, etc.
With a full-spectrum design capability of B2C, B2B and Enterprise UX, backed by a sound expertise in DesignOps and Design Thinking. I’ve served my tenures in both business-facing and delivery teams with a Social Entrepreneurship stint too at one point.
