Planning and executing a high-level management training program for high-performing personnel to advanced skill development. To collate training needs from stakeholders through TNI, plan technical/nontechnical training based on TNI information. Arrange trainers as per training requirements such as; Internal, external and subject matter experts, plan and execute training assessment programs to evaluate and document trainings, monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness periodically.
