- Experience in leading incident investigations, conducting root cause analysis, and developing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Managed Department operations, administration, and budgeting (CAPEX/OPEX)
- Plan & Coordinating External audit of OISD, PNGRB, ERDMP, IMS and part of Internal audit team for FSM, OISD, IMS, T4S, and F&S audit
- Ensured compliance with NFPA, OISD, IS, PNGRB, NBC, and other regulations
- Participating in Conduct HAZOP & QRA studies of the plants
- Reviewed and implemented QRA studies recommendations; ensured hazard identification and risk assessments to strengthen site safety and emergency preparedness
- Developed and implemented ERCP, ERDMP, PIPA, evacuation plan, and confined space rescue, Building Evacuation and site Mass Evacuation plans for the site
- Developed, design and implemented Emergency Response Centre as per statutory requirements
