• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for the SmartEPP employee device leasing platform (mobile app + HR, Financier, and Seller web portals), having taken the product from 0 to 1; platform is now live with 5,000+ onboarded employees across 50+ partner organizations. Redesigned complex mobile user flows by abstracting complicated B2B financing terms into a simple retail-like experience, which reduced user friction across the device purchasing process.
• Design across OneAssist's wider product ecosystem, spanning the B2C protection app, the UNITE partner platform, and Oasys, the internal operations system for partner onboarding and policy creation, while scaling the shared design system to Figma variables, cutting rework and keeping theming consistent across every surface.
• Engineer AI-assisted design workflows by connecting Figma to Claude Code through MCPs with custom skills and rules, and build a custom GPT for contextual research and UX copywriting, ensuring a zero-dead-end user journey and minimizing post-launch support requests.
