- Adherence to the Process & Policies to run Investigation process across the locations for all Product.
- Time to time Circulation of MIS / Reports to the concerned team / departments.
- Investigation for own finding and referral cases as NON Starter, Post Disbursement cases, Business Loan, Personal Loan, Ho Customer care referral cases, Majorly Consumer Durable & Two Wheeler Loan.

- To conduct Surprise visit to various locations of branches based on management's guidelines.

- Generate leads for Consumer Durable Loans through in-store counters, and partner outlets.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and EMI structures to customers.
- Coordinate with retail partners, showroom staff, and dealers to drive loan applications.
- Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proofs, invoices, etc.).
- Ensure accurate entry of customer details in the loan application system.
