Firstly the camera has been fixed in the customer's productive stations and the video's been recorded in the servers. Then the recorded videos were pushed for Annotation in the form of Chunks with certain duration. The Annotation process can be done with Cycle, Steps and Tagging by using Pybossa tool.

The Annotated data can be used to train the Neural Network using some modules. Once it's trained the outcome will be the video data with Step Detection and this can be processed to the clients through Company's Portal.

• Gather updates from customers or customer experience teams and make the Annotation team to work on that particular update.
• Assigning work to the team according to the updates and Priorities.
• Sharing the Quality feed back to the team and make sure to maintain the team's Productivity and Quality to reach the Threshold value.
• Examining the steps done by the operations team and making the Annotation according to the customers needy.
• Reporting team's performance to Manager on a daily basis.
