Food Safety Management System (FSMS), Integrated Management System (IMS) & Quality Assurance
- Team Leader of Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and ISO/IMS
- Preparing and submission of monthly MIS Reports of all department like Production, Maintenance, Quality, Safety

- Evolving and Executing Integrated Management System (IMS) and Food Safety Management System (FSMS) like GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GHP (Good Hygiene Practices), ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001:2018(Operational Health & Safety), FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification ISO 22000:2005, ISO/TS 22002-4:2013 & FSSC Additional Requirements), BRC Issue 5 (Global Standard for Packaging and Packaging Mat
- Conducting training activities related to QMS/IMS, FSMS, Internal Audit, SEDEX etc.
- Conducting Internal Audits as per schedule to verify IMS/FSMS conforms to planned arrangements and is effectively implemented and maintained
- Ensuring that all the documented information's / records are established and maintained as per QMS/FSMS standards
- Assuring document control procedure is adopted to approve, review and update changes to critical documents within scope of QMS/FSMS
- Handling document control over Manuals, Procedures, Work Instructions, SOPs, Policies and Formats etc.
- Conducting Management Review Meetings and monitoring the implementation of assessed decision
- Coordinating with 2nd Party and 3rd Party Audits
- Preparing MIS Report of Production and submitting to management
- Coordinating with other departments for up gradation of MIS Activities
- Preparing Plant and Looms Maintenance schedule
- Verification of Incoming, In-process and Final inspections including Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Ingredients
- Verification of FIFO system of Raw Materials, Ingredients & Packaging Materials
- Handling / Authorization of flavoring section / value addition activities from Incoming to final dispatch.
- Maintaining Minimum Order Level of Ingredients/ Seasonings, Packing Materials such as Pet Jars, Pouches
- Verification and Releasing COA to Customers
- Leading Value Addition section / Flavoring section & approving new flavored samples
- Conducting & Verification of Supplier Selection, Registration and Approval of Suppliers for Raw Materials, Packing Materials and Seasonings
- Interacting with suppliers for related documents such as COA, FG certificates, Migration certificates etc.
- Coordinating with External Agencies for Pest Control Activities
- Coordinating with External Laboratory for testing of Migration, SWAB, Air, Noise, Migration, WVTR, OTR, Microbiological tests etc.
- Preparing, providing and updating Customer requirement documents like Questionnaires, Self-Assessment sheets, Food Contact Declarations, Certificates, MSDS, TDS etc.
- Online document submission in HIVE software
- Handling Traceability Records
- Interacting with customers for any queries related food safety
- Documentation of Customer satisfaction survey
- Conducting Committee meetings like Health & Safety committee, Works committee, Anti sexual harassment committee etc.
- Conducting training to employees related to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GHP (Good Hygiene Practices), Pest Control Monitoring, Chemical Handling, Work Safety, Cleanliness, House Keeping & usage of PPEs and Hazard Analysis & Risk Assessment
- Arranging for external trainings such as fire safety and Mock Drill and First Aid
- Handling Employee Welfare Activities
- Verification of Employee Punching System
- Documentation of Accident Incident Investigation Report
- Verification of House Keeping Activities
