Job responsibilities in Quality Assurance and Quality Control
- Attaining customer queries/complaints and taking up appropriate corrective measures to solve the same.
- Creating strategies and setting up quality control measures department wise.
- Organize QC Team As per the workload.
- Working on projects assigned, root cause analysis to bring down rejection ratio.
- Sending QA samples to customers as per the requirements.
- Making quality report as per production line wise to reduce reduction percentage.
- Upgrading and educating QC Team in order to achieve the best possible quality.
- Defining production cycle case to case.
- Co-ordination of deliveries with planning team
- Allotting priorities as per the consent of the customers.
- Final QC and approval for new model.
- Received customer complain from CSD teams.
- Investigate the rout cause using historical data inspection report and process analysis
- Implement corrective and preventive action and documents resolution steps.
- Conduct periodic reviews to identify trends and intiate quality improvement measure.

- MIS:- Generate reports as per requirement of production department and management.
