- Monitoring, operating and troubleshooting building management system
- Responsible to provide effective services to Building Management system
- CCTV System – Honeywell camera, CP plus camera, Hikvision Camera (Dome, Bullet, Spy camera)
- Access System- Honeywell Idemia Contactless fingerprint access system, ESSL Face id system, Biometric Fingerprint Reader, Swing Boom Barrier, Access Control RFID Reader, Sigma & Morpho Manager Software
- Honeywell EBI R400 & R600 & Ravel Avani fire system, VUE Logix player, IDCUBE Software
- Prepared sequence of Operations for BMS system. (Fire Alarm system, Ravel Avani, Intrusion Alarm system, PA system) Morpho Manager, Tema system, Control panels, DDC panels. Elevator system, STP plant, Water tank system, Pump house, UPS, Puzzle Car Parking system
- Coordinated with seniors by informing about the alarm, Follow ups etc
- Trouble shooting of BMS components
- Followed up with vendors in PPM work, other works etc
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of Building Automation System such as HVAC System (Chiller, AHU, Cooling Tower, FCU, EFC, Stream Boilers, Heat Exchanger PAC system etc)
- Send daily report on daily basis along with Attendance report
- Improving plant reliability and life
- Generating reports & trends as pr client requirement
- Fire alarm system: Operation and maintenance, Fire hydrant system, Sprinklers etc
- Check All EBI & controllers working conditions
- Handling Vendors for PM activities
- Writing detailed documentation of system operations & maintenance
- Ensure temperature and RH levels stay within industry standards: Temperature: ASHRAE recommends 18°C–27°C (64°F–81°F), Relative Humidity: ASHRAE recommends 40%–60%
- Adjust airflow and cooling distribution as needed (hot aisle/cold aisle management)
- Record temperature and RH readings as per standard intervals (hourly, shift-wise, or automated logs)
- Report any anomalies or trends that may indicate system inefficiency or failure
- Track real-time data for HVAC, power, cooling, UPS, generators, and environmental conditions
- Ensure systems operate within defined parameters
