I have a total of 18 years of experience, out of which I have 11 years of experience in business communications, editorial, and content.
I began my career in the BFSI industry and covered several aspects of process, transitions, and training. After a career break, I took up the training and communications aspect of my experience forward. In my 11 years of working with a business communication start-up, I have gained extensive exposure to the aspects of internal and external communications including interviewing, content writing for a wide range of sectors, market research editorials, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
I have a post-graduate degree in English Literature as well as a Masters in Human Resources. I have also completed a PG Diploma in Technical Writing in English.
