• Knowledge in production and testing of Dialysis medicine ( Life saving drugs).
• Perform tests on raw materials based on Indian Pharmacopoeia.
• Perform tests on packing materials, intermediates and finished products using a variety of techniques such as Conductivity meter, Polarimetry, Flame photometry, titration and other analytical mehods.
• Analyse test reports and batch manufacturing records for accuaracy and compliance before product release.
• Ensure that all testing and documentations comply with GMP( Good Manufacturing Practices), GLP( Good Laboratiory Practices) and Pharmacopoeial standards.
• Ensure the maintance, calibration and qualification of laboratory instruments and equipments to ensure proper functionality and accuarate results.
• Investigate and analyse customer complaints related to product quality and develop solutions or corrective actions.
• Guiding the workers to conduct regeneration of water.
