• Scaled ABIT into a 5-department student organisation (Research, Consulting, Publications, Events, Marketing); led consulting engagements for institutional clients including Wai Wai and Sprint Studio AI, translating behavioural science research into actionable HR and management recommendations.
• Directed the Publications vertical, and commissioned and edited 6+ behavioural science pieces per semester distributed campus-wide; managed editorial pipeline across a team of student writers and researchers.
• Organised and led ABC 3.0, ABIT's national behavioural science case competition, which drew 4,000+ registrations and 100 participating teams, with a prize pool of ₹60,000, one of the largest student-run competitions of its kind.

Research Student in Prof. Dr. Bittu Kaveri Rajaraman's Lab at Ashoka University (2026-01 – 2026-05)

• Completed 2.5 hours of behavioural coding (BORIS software) and independent data collection for a study on social dominance hierarchies and cognition in zebrafish (Danio rerio), contributing directly to the lab's primary dataset.
• Conducted a literature review synthesising 10+ peer-reviewed papers on social dominance and cognitive performance in teleost fish to frame the project's research questions.
• Applied ethological observation methodology to code dominance interactions, gaining hands-on experience in animal behaviour research design and data integrity protocols.

Behavioural Science Intern at CSBC (Centre for Social Behaviour Change) (2025-05 – 2025-06)

• Partnered with BMTC (Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation) to design and field-test behavioural interventions for the city-wide rollout of a panic button system across Bengaluru's public bus fleet.
• Prototyped multiple intervention designs, assessing salience, comprehension, and usability among riders and drivers in live conditions; evidence-based recommendations were directly adopted in the final deployment.

Clinical Psychology Intern at Fortis Healthcare (2023-06 – 2023-06)

• Assisted Dr. Nerissa Hendricks (clinical psychologist) with structured clinical interviews, psychoeducation sessions, and patient data collection across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Gained supervised exposure to DSM-based assessment, patient confidentiality protocols, and therapeutic communication across a range of mental health presentations.

Harvard Research Scholar at Learn With Leaders (2023-05 – 2023-10)

• Designed, conducted (40+ respondents), and published "Psychological & Physiological Effects of Creative Engagement on Adolescent Well-being During COVID-19" in IOSR Journals under Harvard faculty mentorship.
• Independently built the study's survey instrument, performed statistical analysis, and identified significant correlations between creative engagement and stress resilience in adolescents.
