As an Airman of Indian Air Force in the rank of Master Warrant Officer (Honorary Flight Lieutenant), for 37+ years (04 Jul 1988 to 31 Oct 2025) in various Missiles Operations & its associated maintenance mechanisms, Quality Assurance, Un-manned Aerial Vehicles, Administration areas, Gained experience in the field of Human Resources Management (Men & Material), Employed on Quality Assurance Adjutant duties to look after QMS, EMS, OH&SMS of one of the premium Missile Base Repair Depot, worked on Russian and Indian heavy vehicles and Gas turbine engine operations and maintenance, General Administration, discipline, maintenance & handling of Inventories and organized Air Force Cultural Events station levels.
- Elite inspection team member of Directorate of Air Staff Inspection (DASI) Air’HQ from Aug 2016 to Sep 2021 to inspect all Guided Weapon Units of Indian Air Force on Quality Maintenance Aspect.
