- Knowledge of rework and inspection of critical pcb assembly
- Having knowledge of critical process parameter in SMT
- Knowledge of SMT component packages
- Knowledge of STB manufacturing process
- Knowledge of SMT PCB production line setup process
- SMT capacity report daily updates
- SMD Component drop age data updates & efficiency report updates
- Identify and solve problem & quality issues
- New work order verification
- First Article Verification of PCBs
- Daily base A class component inventory
- Knowledge of LED bulb manufacturing process
- Knowledge of LED TV manufacturing process
- Maintain all Document SMT dept related
- Attend meetings with production to discuss daily problems
- Give basic trainings on ESD, PCBA handling to Production team
- Attend meetings with Quality team to discuss daily problems
- Control the Rejection on Line
- Manage the Materials On The Floor and Control Drop pages Materials
- Immediate contact to related department if any problem
