At my present position as Sr. MANAGER-Operation (Regional Level) at CJ Darcl , I effectively manage 30 Plus employees (On-Roll). All of them directly report to me. I am responsible for overseeing the Operation, Transportation, Manpower management, Vendor development, Inventory Management, Solutions Designing, Rental part, Setup of New Warehouses , ensuring that payroll is processed on time, Monthly Auditing, Monthly Stock monitoring etc. And handling employee and customer concerns professionally. My biggest priority is ensuring that the Operation runs smoothly and that all issues were addressed in a timely manner.
Month I do KAIZEN in almost all the areas in Operation. My more focus on 6S, team employees must follow. Being Manager Operation I have strong communication skills, as well as an ability to work under pressure with others.
I have excellent negotiation skills in this position; I had to negotiate contracts with vendors on behalf of the company. My top priority is ensuring that my team is able to meet deadlines and customer expectations. I believe this is best accomplished by creating an efficient system for managing inventories and deliveries in Warehouse.
I am always looking for ways to improve my skills and execute the same. I always start by listening to the customer’s complaint and asking questions to understand their concerns. I then research the issue to find out if it is an isolated incident or part of a larger problem.
If it is an isolated incident, I work with my team to solve the problem and ensure that the customer is satisfied.
I know how to delegate tasks effectively and provide constructive feedback when needed.
My ability to perform rests on the foundation of my Education and Experience I have with the last few Companies. As a Master from the Business Administration program, I understand what it takes to manage employees. I am well-versed in many aspects of business, including the Sales, Financial and Operational portion.
However, my education and work experience are tied together by my ability to empathize and communicate with others. I like to make people smile. It brings me great pleasure when an employee is truly succeeding and I get to promote them.
It is also very rewarding to please my customers.
