Trade Finance operations in EDPMS department. Generate and issue electronic Foreign Inward Remittance Certificate (eFIRC) to customers against the existing Inward Remittances. Received request from client for AD transfer request from one bank to other bank report in EDPMS.
Reconciliation in TRACCS system and EDPMS RBI application with Core Banking also monitoring failed transactions for ROD and PRN. Follow up with Branch for Pending Shipping Bills to reduce the Outstanding. Evaluation of Payment realization of Shipping Bills and completing the pending write off of the preceding day.
Remitters KYC of the customer to process MT103 and FDI declaration. Issued FIRC and sending to Branch and CSM. Day to day reporting files to RBI Export Data Processing and Monitoring System (EDPMS). Handled various types of import payments in IDBMS, including advance payments, direct payments, and payment against collection bills.
Coordinated with customers, relationship managers, and trade finance teams to ensure smooth execution of import remittances. Processed and reconciled Bill of Entry (BOE) data with banks to close import transactions within the IDBMS framework.
