Project Planning Control and Supervision for phases - Project Planning Control , Monitoring and Supervision, Contracts , Technical lead from start to finish of the project – ( Infrastructure Projects Like Railways & Metro’s, Mixed structures) in, Underground , and NATM ( Drill and Blast) in Remote location , Safety in Tunnelling ,TBM Tunnel – Rail Tunnel/Metro/High Speed Rail ) , Bridges , River Bridge , HRT/TRT, Power House, Surge shaft/Pressure Shaft) , preparation of method for temporary/permanent works, Portal preparation , shotcrete , rock bolt, pipe roofing , drilling , charging and blasting ( coordination with registered blaster engineer/foreman) , ventilation and drainage systems , instrumentation and monitoring in tunnel, Gantry fabrication for permanent lining , water proofing .
FIDIC Contracts , Preparing contractual letters , progress letter , delay analysis .
Providing technical feedback to structural /design team during construction phase , Design Coordination with Architectural /Structural/MEP/Systems/Track team/Rolling Stock and Interfacing package with other team.
Expertise in Project Planning – Using Software Primavera , MS Projects etc.
Coordination with geologist for face mapping for next mining, Post Blast Checks, defuming, Safety checks during drilling and blasting. Safe Work Method ( Checklist) and Work Permits , Elevated Structures , Viaduct Stations, MEP , Piling , Open foundations, Pier , Full Span Girder/ SBS Girder casting and Launching .
