- Handling the all Production activity
- Conduct daily shop floor review meeting with entire Production team
- Review of job procedure, Work Instruction (WI) & Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Implementation of Audit requirements in shop floor such as ISO-9001, ISO-14001, ISO-45001, ISO-3834-2, EN-1090-2
- Preparation and coordinate the same with team according to existing Customer visit plan
- Preparation and coordinate with team according to Internal Audit & External Audit plan
- Implementation of process improvement, implementation & new development in shop floor
- Conduct the training for team according to schedule, review of Skill Matrix, Communication Matrix, role & responsibility Matrix
- Preparation of in-process records such as register, process route card, checklist
- Minimize the customer non-conformities (NCR) & deviation by the effective implementation of corrective action & preventing action (CAPA) and analysis of the same
- Monitoring of all welding activity
- Care & handling of instruments and gauges
- Monitoring of welding consumables baking, issue, re-cycling
- Analysis of weld repair percentage and process control to reduce percentage
- Conduct of new WPQR/WPS establishment and Welders Qualification
- Maintaining the welder's validation records
