- Responsible for managing the supply chain, warehouse operations, and inventory management.
- Managing National-Level project of preparing Building Feasibility Reports (BFR) or Structural Stability Test (SST) reports for Instakart warehouse buildings (Flipkart) and sharing these reports directly with Flipkart's Project Manager.
- Getting BFR reports prepared by four vendors—Unique Designers, Optima Structures, Multi Project, and MK Paul & Associates—operating across four regions of India.
- Procurement of materials to meet the electrical and civil material requirements of the project team.
- Procurement of materials for Delhi, NCR, and the respective project site.
- Creation of work order for service and purchase order for procurement.
- Preparing inventory of all civil, electrical, and plumbing materials. Carrying out periodic count of materials.
- Inventory includes Wire, Cable, Thimble, Switch, Socket, different type of socket plate, cable tray, conduit pipe etc.
- Creating MDV (Material Dispatch Voucher) for sending material from warehouse to project site, creating MRV (Material Return Voucher) and creating MTN (Material Transfer Note) for transferring material between project sites.
- Preparing Material Loan Card to issue materials to project team from warehouse on returnable basis.
- Arrangement of transport to dispatch materials on project site across Pan India and to bring material from project site to warehouse.
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system.
- Preparation of Building Feasibility report (BFR) of Instakart warehouses across India.
- Coordinating with invoicing team to prepare the invoices of BFR reports and ask them to collect the payment from the customer.
- Sharing PO details and BFR report summary in excel file with Billing team and Project Coordinator so that they can issue bills and can share its profitable data with management.
- Identifying processes and guidelines that need to be streamlined to improve & Delivery TAT.
- Ensured customer satisfaction through quality service and timely delivery.
- Track orders, proactively assess delays, and communicate to partners.
- Publish various reports to the top management.
- Arrangement of transport with bilty.
- Regular cycle count of materials in warehouse and sharing same with management.

- Responsible for Management of Warehouse, Dispatch & Transport Arrangement.
- Managing 2 warehouses e.g., at Gurgaon & Chennai & 1 store in Gurgaon office.
- Coordinating with 22 warehouses also of customer named Aspire Innovative India Pvt Ltd. for proper material delivery in safe condition & for stock requirement.
- Working in Tally Software.
- Making Delivery Note for invoice, Stock Transfer, Receipt Note of customer invoice in tally.
- Making stock transfer notes and sharing with accounts team to make its invoice to dispatch materials.

- Coordinating with management and Micro Finance branch level team to get materials received in Asirvad application.
- Getting materials dispatched to various customer's branches at all over India, Customer named are Asirvad Microfinance Limited, Sugmya Finance PVT Ltd., Vaya Microfinance, Satin Microfinance, Sarala Microfinance etc.
- Getting orders by mail from sales team, making their delivery note and sharing it with accounts team to make its invoice for dispatch.
- Interacting with 3 nos of courier companies to dispatch materials e.g. Simply Logistics Pvt Ltd, Waypoint Logistics, VNS Enterprises Pvt Ltd. Chennai.
- Getting delivered customer order at their place by our bikers and porter.
- Coordinating with customer for sample delivery relevant to their convenience and availability in Delhi/NCR & rest of India.
- Getting dispatched order receiving on online website eg 'behtarzindgi' and 'paynearby'.
- Making challans & sharing with service team head & Gurgaon warehouse to dispatch materials.
- Sharing dispatch plan with courier company to get materials dispatched in evening.
- Updating all challan dispatch reports in excel on daily basis.
- Sharing daily dispatch report and quality/ troubleshooting report with management on daily basis.
- Preparing pick-up and replacement report and sharing with management.

- Getting checked materials by QC team received from domestic and overseas vendors to inward in WH.
- Ensure that warehouse stock count is done regularly and there is no damage or pilferage.
- Purchasing packing materials from local vendors and getting those paid by accounts team.
- Daily checking of WH maintenance appliances like D.G. firewater pump, cleaning of washrooms, CCTV Camera etc.
- Strategically managing warehouse in compliance with company policies and vision.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system.
