My experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges faced by rural and tribal populations, as well as the strategies and approaches necessary for promoting inclusive and sustainable development outcomes.

My MSW background has been instrumental in honing my skills in community organizing,

program development, advocacy, and capacity building. I am adept at designing and implementing innovative projects that address the multifaceted needs of communities,

foster local empowerment, and promote social justice. Additionally, my proficiency in computer applications allows me to leverage technology for data analysis, project management, and knowledge sharing, thereby enhancing the efficiency and impact of my work.

Furthermore, my training in organic and Natural farming practices underscores my commitment to promoting environmentally friendly and regenerative agricultural approaches. I believe in the importance of fostering resilient and sustainable food systems that prioritize ecological integrity, social equity, and economic viability.
