• Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipments.
• Carry out maintenance work and troubleshooting on Electrical circuit.
• Ensuring all the machines are working well by conducting timely checks and required maintenance.
• Maintain all record of equipment in SAP system.
• Collection of data of repeated breakdown, analyze and take proper action to resolve problem.
• Spare management of the equipments.
• Following the tata steel ltd. safety procedure.
• Strictly following the lock out procedure and key box procedure.
• Ensuring and following all safety and environmental practices at the shop floor for an accident free & safe work culture.
• Daily attend the tool box meeting in the morning before job and share about safe and unsafe area.
• Follow the SOP for every tentative job.
