• Handling Mainly ID GRINDING, OD GRINDING(CENTER GRINDING), CONE GRINDING

• Operator’s skill improvement by training about how to produce quality product and increase production and do setting on machines.
• Responsible for producing quality product.

• Look proper material movement activity and materials counting at shop floor.

• I did update documents like OEE, Cp & Cpk, control plan & FMEA, SOS & JES, PPM and defect tracking sheet.
• SAP works (materials movements, transfer requisition, Line Rejection Notes registration). I worked as operator on CNC ID, OD(center grinding) & cone grinding machines, honing machines, and CNC turning machines.
• Also learned basic programing and how to do setting different components on ID & OD grinding machines (Micromatic, PMT and HI-Life machines)
• Conduct LPA (Layered Process Audit) and closed Non-Conformances and managed its records monthly.
