- Technical Due Diligence and monitoring: Collateral assessment and evaluation in line with IBBI and IVS guidelines and using various methods and valuation approach viz. Market Approach, Cost Approach and Income Approach.
- Documentation and collateral risk analysis: Deep dive in to statutory bye laws, permission and approvals. Analyze risk parameters associated with collaterals in terms of violations of standard norms and suggest lenders, investors and FI's arrive on a transactional decision over lending risk management. Identify and mitigate any gaps in current market practices, processes and policies.
- Cross Audit Visits: Provide alternative solutions through SWOT analysis on mortgage risk associated with collateral under consideration. specifically on Product, Market and Regulatory and Strategic Risk matters.
- Business Development: New Empanelment, foster existing client relationships and cultivate business for the Company. Strong professional relations with financial banking and non-banking Institutes, Lenders, Private Equities, Investors, Developers, REP's. Handling escalations and providing up to the mark compliances. - Internal Publication – Blogs on Real estate developments, current market scenario, new bye laws, major climatic / social / economic changes and its effect on Real Estate. Design, publish and conduct Technical Training Module.
- Market penetration and use of AI : Update and upgrade with real market trends, global and local dynamics, application of technological advancement such as AI. Data management and collateral evaluation based on Artificial Intelligence as effective engine for analytical and practical solutions.
