I am Santosh Kumar, presently working with Reliance JIO since Apr 2015, as the Regional Fixed Line Business PMO for East , for the Home Business ( which is basically the Home Fibre Business providing Broadband, Content etc ) based out of Regional Head Office in Kolkata.
I am the custodian of the Sales Function data insight/Gap Analysis mainly into Execution Of AOP / Sales Strategy along with the entire Sales Operations with a team size of over 4000 .
I have a total experience of 18 years, in Sales Coordinator, Business Analyst/ Business Intelligence, Product Marketing verticals. I have earlier worked with renowned organization like Reliance Communication ( 1.6 yrs ) , Vodafone Spacetel Ltd ( 5 years ) , Dishnet Wireless Ltd ( 2 years ), I have worked extensively based out of East of India.
The key skill set where I feel myself to be an expert at are : Scaling up business on a wider geography , Consumer Demand Generation Strategy and implementation, Penetrating Premium Product Range in Rural / Rurban Markets.
I have done my MBA from Vinayaka Mission University( Batch of ’2012 ) and BCA from IGNOU ( Batch of ’2000 ).
