- Responsible for adhering to the AQL 2.5 quality norms of the buyer.
- Responsible for review & approve all samples which are sending to buyer.
- Auditing fabric, sewing and finishing trims for quality as per customer requirement and reporting deviations.
- Raising alarm in advance for quality issue.
- Performing root cause analysis for repetitive defects observed and eliminating it.
- Responsible to conduct initial, Mid & final audit before offering to buying house QA.
- Every time takes the auditor meeting for motivate the working area.
- Order hand over process by marketing team with plant team to discuss customer protocol or specific requirement for TOP approval before start bulk production to meet customer OTIF.
- Supervised the work of production of Bathmat, Bath rugs, carpets, Braided, Pouf, Pillow Cover, Bed spread, Quilts, Rag Rugs, Sham, Canopy, Throw and all over home furnishings which are being exported.
- Analysis the 1st piece of production R&D for maintain quality & control material compare with mother sample.
- Authority of 1st piece production approval in grey to packing.
- New development follow up and control the quality.
- Knowledge of cutting, stitching, tufting, weaving, knitting, latexing, dyeing, printing of Made-ups, Rugs and carpets.
- Knowledge of inspection on coming goods, Articles, Yarns, Trims, Fabrics and other packaging accessories.
- Knowledge of final inspection each and every stage of weaving, cutting, stitching, tufting, finishing and packing.
