Managing processes for Blending of Lubricating Oil, Process oil, Transformer Oil, White oil, industrial oil. Responsible for planning, control and execution of production and mobilizing manpower, machines & material resources to achieve targeted production levels.

• Preparing Production Plan Like Blending and Filling as well as maintain inventory Stocks of RM and PM as well as F.G
• Introducing technical process controls/improvements and product modification and development plan to optimize operational efficiency
• Arranging issue of materials for proper job performance while controlling the materials and resources to meet production schedules and internal company requirements
• Conducting rejection and rework analysis to ensure that product/process quality standards are compiled and met as per set targets
• Ensuring that the calibration and maintenance cycles are adhered to and documented throughout the production dept
• Ensuring adherence to Safety standards in all functional areas and implementing measures for enhancing safety levels
• Providing reliable and accurate information on plant condition and status to the shift controller, shift supervisor, for planning product movement, maintenance activities, and daily management reports
• Preparing plant and production MIS reports
