• Order and maintain necessary stock items (in collaboration with the Chef Manager) for all stock items related to the operations
• Responsible for the entire storekeeping related activities
• Work with client representative for all needed supplies and goods
• Issue all items to authorized personnel and record them in the daily issue logbook
• Ensure that products are rotated following the rule: First In First Out (FIFO)
• Maintain periodical physical inventory counts
• Maintain daily stock records: receipts and issues, calculated and verified at inventory time
• Advise Chef Manager of slow-moving items, excess stock and potential spoilage
• Ensure that the storeroom, freezer and refrigerator (located in the store area) are properly maintained (ensure correct temperatures are maintained), locked and clean at all times
• Place all items in the storeroom according to a pre-established plan (separate paper and cleaning supplies from food items, etc.)
• Responsible for the proper use of equipment should be recorded and reported immediately
• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
• Know current Safety Regulations

• Maintain storage area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
• Abide by all relevant facility policies and procedures
• Negotiate supplier contract, pricing, and service level agreements to achieve cost saving favorable terms
• Manage vendor selection, onboarding, and performance evaluation to ensure quality and on time delivery
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast demands, manage par levels, and optimize inventory
