Currently, as part of the FP&A team at Captain Fresh, I am the preparation and management of Monthly MIS, Investor Details, Power Point across diverse sales channels (B2B, B2C, B2B2C and Foreign Entities). My responsibilities include:
Forecasting, financial analysis, and KPI tracking sheets to monitor performance.
Reconciling MIS with financial statements to ensure accuracy, and analyzing working capital to optimize cash flow
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate data and ensure accurate reporting.
Conducting MIS reviews and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Managing consolidated-level expense reports, analyzing trends, and recommending cost-saving measures.
Engaging with business units and stakeholders in operations and management meetings to align on priorities and address concerns.
