Working under ICMR- NCDIR, Bengaluru for Hospital Based Cancer Registries--Patterns of Care and Survival Studies (HBCR-POCSS) on Cancer Breast, Cervix, Head and Neck. Providing support and guidance to patients and families as they navigate the emotional challenges of illness, including grief, anxiety, and adjustment to diagnosis. Helping patients and families locate and access necessary resources, including financial assistance, housing, transportation, and support groups.

Advocating for patients' rights and ensuring their needs are being met within the healthcare system. Providing information about illnesses, treatments, and available resources to help patients and families make informed decisions. Assisting patients and families in preparing for discharge from the hospital, including arranging for home care and directing patients to higher institute for better quality treatment, rehabilitation, and follow-up appointments.
