At Kramah Software India Pvt. Ltd., a software product development company specializing in EdTech solutions, I played a pivotal role in managing end-to-end HR operations while actively contributing to product delivery and client success. My responsibilities included conducting software product demos, interacting with clients, and serving as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for client coordination and support.
I handled critical HR functions such as employee payroll, salary processing, appraisals, feedback management, and employee welfare initiatives.
I was deeply involved in employee recruitment, orientation, and training, along with the allocation of resources to internal teams and client projects. I oversaw client and employee relationship management, ensuring seamless collaboration and satisfaction on both sides. Additionally, I managed proposal creation, invoice generation, and payment collection from clients, maintaining clear financial and operational workflows.
I also coordinated vendor management and facilitated the onboarding of new hires for both internal teams and client deployments and contract to hire for clients.
