Saranya has a strong professional background, most recently serving as a Senior Executive at SBI Cards from December 2017 to January 2023. In this role, she drove success through data analysis, Visualization, and enhancing customer experience. Her responsibilities included retrieving and manipulating banking-related data using Excel and SQL, developing Power BI and Excel reports, and mentoring new team members.

Before SBI Cards, she worked as a Process Associate at TCS (April 2016 – September 2017) and Accenture (July 2013 – February 2016), where she specialized in chargeback processes and high-priority claims, respectively.

Saranya holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from Annai Veilankanni’s College, Madras University (2012). Additionally, she has pursued various certifications and courses to enhance her data analytics skills, including Google Data Analytics, Power BI Desktop, Power BI Dax Measure, Data Visualization with Tableau, Data Analytics with Python, and more.
