Operation Head, Grameen Phone Cellular Network A/C at Wipro (In the payrole of Hexamatics BD) (2022-01 – 2022-12)

Working with Grameen phone in Bangladesh as central operation Head for Wipro via Hexamatics BD. Total number of sites 18 K (approx. 2G/3G/4G).

• Managed services for Core, Radio, Transmission network, OSS and Tools
• Was involved in 5G showcase network launch for Grameenphone in Bangladesh
• Was involved for Huawei NSA core integration with live nodes, MME upgrade and 5G Reconstruction, HSS readiness execution for 5G, Transport configuration of 5G sites

Spearheading overall operations in Kolkata for Maxis Network with 75+ team size comprising 4 Cluster Managers, Infra Lead, Transmission Lead, BSS Lead & 60+ Engineers at 20 BSC's/2 RNC's, 2100 2G and 1000 WCDMA Node B sites. While in Kolkata handled radio/transmission network of 2200+ BTS sites and 1200 Node-B.
