- Assist HSE Manager in establishing and monitoring safety programs to implement health, safety and environmental policies and procedures for safety and its compliance at site.
- To prepare JSA, METHOD STATEMENT, RISK ASSESMENT for all type of construction activities
- To Implement Company Health & Safety Management System.
- To Participate in Risk Assessment for critical activities.
- Prepare and conduct the induction course to employees at the beginning of their work operation on the project site.
- To Conduct Inspection & certify of All type of Scaffolds, construction equipments, hand tools & power tools
- Making changes to working practices that are safe and comply with legislation.
- To Investigate all work related Accidents / Incidents and Recommend Corrective actions
- Keeping up-to-date with new legislation
- To Prepare and submit monthly Fire, Health and Safety reports
- Upgrade safety where possible, inspect working areas to detect and plan practical & effective solutions and correct unsafe or unhealthy situations.
- Responsible to implement Client Fire & Safety Rules and Procedures at all operation levels & To inspect All type Fire Extinguishers and train employees on safe use of Extinguisher.
- Prepare Monthly HSE Statistics reports & safety plan
- Conduct PEP talk meeting, training, safety awareness campaign, MOM meeting & REWARDS & RECOGNITION
- Conduct Evacuation Mock drill & Fire Mock drill for monthly once
