Overall, 6.4 years of technical experience, including extensive experience in RPA process implementation using Automation Anywhere (A360). Hands on experience in Automating processes using Automation Anywhere and automated numerous routine tasks thereby reducing manual intervention. Designing and implementation of RPA tasks using Automation anywhere Task editor Control Room and System Manager to update the Provider directory from excel, website data through screen scraping and using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) from printed material.
Experience in task recording, editing and scheduling and also developed META BOT using Automation anywhere tool to perform on SAP application.
Experience in Software development life cycle (SDLC) process performing details analysis, collecting requirements, coding and unit testing, integration and system testing. Deal with bug production issues and Error Handling in Robots. Strong experience in all phases of Software development Life Cycle with Analysis, Design, Development, implementation, Integration, Testing, Debugging, Production and Maintenance.
Strong knowledge in various commands in Automation anywhere tool Variable operation Read from Excel/CSV, Error Handling, RESTAPI, Send email command, Run Task and Run Script command, Recorder Capture command, Files and folders, loop command and if/else validations, Scheduling Task, PDF integration, String Operations, Windows actions, Keystrokes and Log to file command.
