Having more than 16 years 10 months of experience in design, development and validation of Power take off (PTO), Gearbox, Hydraulic Gear Pump, Pneumatic Cylinder, Hydraulic Tank, Hydraulic fittings.

Vast experience design verification and validation
Conducting product & service trainings to OEM’s & Dealers,
Calculation of cycle time and development cost for new parts.
Interaction with vendors for parts development and costing,
Preparation of Product design validation and guidelines.
Conducting 8D for product failures,
Vast experience in DFMEA, P and B diagram
Expertise in Product trouble shooting guidelines
Preparation of Bill of materials
Directing Internal CFT meeting For Product and process and validation requirements
Design Documents preparation as per APQP Guidelines
Conducting design reviews each stage of the project
Reviewing Engineering change note and related documents
Reviewing and Approving Engineering change request
Preparation of Process drawings for stage wise operation
Approval of gear Hob Cutter and shave cutter drawings, VMC fixture drawing for machining
Project cost estimation and cost approval
Design, development & installation of Pneumatic cylinder for TATA AGB 1210GB
