Myself Saravanan S with 9+ years of extensive experience in Designing user friendly products / features with applying well defined UX strategies & techniques.
I have worked and successfully delivered multiple projects from various domains such as Fintech, e-commerce, insurance, telecommunication, etc. Target users are from both b2b and b2c backgrounds.
I worked in many agile / scrum teams, managed design team (3-5) on weekly sprints, worked on tight deliveries, handled the stakeholders to win my design ideas by doing cultured design advocacy.
I worked on responsive screens for web/tablet/mobile. Also created a design system in Figma. Having a good knowledge in Interaction Design too.
Collaboratively I worked with multiple teams like Dev team, Architects, BAs, Backend team, PMOs, Stakeholders and having ability to understand how backend and frontend technologies are working in a software development lifecycle.
I'm looking for a challenging Lead Designer position where I can manage a group of designers as well as handle a project as an individual contributor. I am willing to relocate to UAE to be a good humble team player and a valuable asset for your organisation.
