• Handling all promotional activities of respected Station
• Handling all the Dashboard Parameter in station
• Is responsible for pre-opening procedures-opens station in the morning, monitors housekeeping
• Morning inspection with Station manager-operation, discusses BAU and set target for the day. Discussion on number of previous day
• Ensure that cash tills are manned-allocation of dedicated cashiers
• Alternative arrangements for staff that is sick/absent

• Determine best sellers and poor sellers and derive upon a plan of action
• To ensure that stock is well presented and displayed

• To plan moves on a daily and weekly basis depending on stock
• Ensure that proper care is taken while making 'moves' within the Dep
• Getting deliveries and assists his colleagues and staff in doing so
• Handling customer services desk
• Handling system like inventory, scheduling, training, people practices
• Use to prepare shift report daily, monthly, and yearly
• Communicate all information to the team leader and team member
