• Performing chemical analysis for major industrial oxides.
• Chemical Testing of Refractory Bricks and raw materials i.e.- LOI, VM, MgO, CaO, AL203, SiO2, Fe2O3, Na2O, K2O, Cr2O3, ZrO2, MN, Sulphur, Specific Gravity, Viscosity, Calorific value.
• Execution of standard solution preparation and chemical analysis via volumetric titration, gravimetric, and spectrophotometric methods.
• Instrumentation Proficiency: Utilized hydrometers for Specific Gravity, viscometers for Viscosity, oxygen bomb calorimeters for Calorific value, and Spectrophotometers for determining P2O5, TiO2, and Fe2O3 concentrations, flame photometer(K2O,Na2O).
• Conducting physical test for quality checks.
• Handling raw material sampling and documentation.
