- Spearheaded end-to-end operations of a high-capacity 50 MTPA coal mine under MCL Mahalaxmi Area, ensuring optimal resource utilization and adherence to statutory requirements.
- Preparation and implementation of monthly excavation and operation plan. Day to day monitoring of equipment productivity and mine performance.
- Oversaw compliance with all mining, environmental, and safety regulations as the appointed Mine Developer and Operator MDO) for the MCL Mahalaxmi Area, Sundergarh.

- Directed the complete setup of mining infrastructure, including equipment mobilization, site preparation, and workforce deployment, ensuring readiness for production.
