• Responsible for maintaining New Product (NPI) Setup for Ink Jet Hardware and Laser Jet Hardware, Sprockets using the software SAP.
• Creating Master planning object structures (MPOS) & Collaborating with Production team and maintain Material Management through SAP APO. 
• Creating SNP master data: Products, Locations, Resources, Transportation lanes, Production process models (PPM), Production Data Structures (PDS), and monitoring from supply chain cock pit.
• Good Knowledge on GATP including Capable-To-Promise (CTP), Multilevel ATP Check, Rule-Based ATP Check, Availability Check, Forecast check, and Product availability check.

• Responsible to ensure the sufficient capacity is available to meet the customer requirement through Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP). 
• Responsible to schedule the delivery items to the customer and Flex sister’s site at correct time.
• Responsible to release the MPS and MRP validation based on available capacity.
• Responsible to Create and Analyse the Clear to Build for all FG item and release shortage list for the same.
• Responsible to launch Work Order based on CTB and work with buyer to reduce the all shortage items, and commit the demand based on capacity.
• Responsible to prepare Excess and Obsolete items database report using Kinaxis to proceed with the claim process from the customer.
• Handled KPI Metrics for a team (includes 15 head count) and was a co-lead of IKW Project.
