I have worked in this industry for solid years and I have experience using a variety of operating systems and computer programs. I am familiar with the administrative duties associated with this position, which includes creating schedules, training new employees and monitoring employee performance.
I possess outstanding communication skills and I have experience giving presentations in front of both small and large groups. I also have excellent leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate the team. I am very observant and have the ability to evaluate existing production procedures and to look for ways to make them more efficient.
I am familiar with the equipment and different tools used in this industry. I know and adhere to all manufacturing and safety procedures at all times. I also have the ability to ensure the employees follow them as well and that everyone wears the necessary safety gear such as glasses and gloves. I have the experience needed to perform safety checks and to monitor equipment to make sure everything is running smoothly.
I possess excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to detect and find solutions to existing and potential problems. I also have excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills. I maintain a pleasant and friendly attitude at all times, and I am comfortable working alone or as part of a group.
