- To be responsible to closely monitor ageing Shipments and follow up With Vendors to receive the parts within TAT.

- Based on urgent demand of DELL, responsible for creating systematic move request (VOI-DOI) and then requesting both Inventory and Inbound Team to process DOI Inward accordingly.
- Using Descartes, BluJay and Share-point, downloading the documents based on each Country's customs and scanning them.
- Handled customs documents of 9 different Countries NL, IT, BE, DE, PL, UK, FR.
- Used to deal with CERT, Other Government Agencies, Entry, Export, Import document, etc on daily basis.
- Communicating the completion status of scanning to Turkey Team.

- To process Rebilling after properly checking LOA based on requests
