• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) on production issues and document clear postmortems and remediation steps that get reused across the wider engineering team.
• Monitor infrastructure health and diagnose failures using Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics (KQL), building alerting logic to catch problems before they escalate.
