- Collect resumes through Naukri, social media, and referrals, and then send them to the consent department
- Select suitable resumes for the position and forward them to the HR department
- Arrange the interview schedule
- After selecting the candidate, work on salary comparison for consent department employees
- Negotiate salary details with the candidate
- Prepare the offer letter and appointment letter
- Complete joining formalities for new hires
- Conduct induction for new employees and hand them over to the concerned department
- Check daily employee attendance and send headcount details to superior officer
- Review the manpower report during the DRM meeting
- Create a new EMPID when a new employee joins the organization
- Maintain records in HRMS for staff, workers, Adsl, and NAPS
- Monitor absenteeism and permissions for staff, workers, Adsl, and NAPS
- Manage attendance input processing and document generation using ESSL Attendance Software integrated with Crystal HRMS Payroll Software
- Process monthly payroll activities accurately and within deadlines
- Verify staff and worker leave records, Loss of Pay (LOP), overtime (OT), and related details for salary sheet preparation
- Prepare department-wise salary sheets and coordinate approval submission to the CFO
- Prepare monthly Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPF) reports, including EPF advance and settlement processing
- Manage monthly Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESI) activities and generate statutory challans
- Coordinate factory license renewals, file annual and half-yearly returns through the Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health (DISH) portal, apply for pressure vessel testing, and process factory manager change applications
- Maintain Inspector of Factory (IF) statutory registers and compliance records
- Process Professional Tax (April to Sep and Oct to Mar) and Property Tax payments to the Panchayat authorities
- Complete Labour Welfare Fund payments through online portals
- Submit TNPCB Form IV and Form V reports to Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board (TNPCB)
- Prepare employee bonus calculations and disbursement workings in compliance with the Payment
- Handle disciplinary actions related to employee absenteeism, misconduct, and violations of company policies
- Investigate production loss issues and coordinate corrective actions to maintain workplace discipline and operational efficiency
- Prepare No Due certificates
- Prepare Service Certificates
- Prepare leave encashment for resigned employees
- Calculate bonus (April to March)
- Calculate gratuity
- Prepare ID cards and visiting cards
- Manage security
- Issue access cards for new employees
- Update vendor bills (transport, food, and other related bills) in SAP R3 software
- Follow up on shift vehicles and check daily food arrangements
- Oversee housekeeping for production areas, shop floors, and the factory premises
- Maintain stationery stock
- Follow up on employees' medical insurance (additions, deletions, and claims)
- Handle FRRO (Foreigners Regional Registration Office) process
- Manage visa processing, cab arrangements, and hotel bookings
- Arrange for employees' welfare (uniforms, safety shoes, etc.)
- Coordinate employee birthday celebrations and engagement activities
- Organize monthly grand meetings and employee interaction programs
- Plan and execute Annual Day celebrations for employees and management
- Organize and manage festival celebration events within the organization
