Production Support Analyst - Cognizant Technology Solutions

Worked for Cigna Healthcare Project. It supports three applications: Legacy Envoy, IPMI/UK and Enhanced Envoy Internal and External Member Portals. Legacy Envoy and UK/IPMI are Java and Spring based web applications whereas Enhanced Envoy is Salesforce based application. Legacy envoy supports Member portal, Client internal and external portal and Provider Internal/External portal for providers/members. Sabbatical Leave from 03-September 2022 to 06 September 2023 for personal health reasons.

• Solve daily production issues with Legacy Applications which involve UK/IPMI, Legacy Envoy Application.
• Update Certificate renewals involving API, Web portals, IIS
• Debugging SQL Server databases and store procedures to find the root cause and resolve it
• Solve day to day tickets in ServiceNow involving access issues, membership issues, Claims and Invoices.
• Upload documents/Member Booklets in Service cloud and Salesforce.
• Grant access to users by uploading them with tool Dataloader into the Internal Member portal of Enhanced Envoy Application.
• Support and discuss Problem tickets and create RTC for developers to solve the issues in some tickets
• Support change requests for Envoy and IPMI Applications
• Perform daily morning checks in applications, check for claims in server and ensure there are no issues
• Perform MID Renewals for updating of merchant id accounts for credit card of customers

Worked on KClever project which is a Customer Integrated Standalone Web Application.

• The Application takes in data from the client according to search parameters like name and date in JSON format and prints payment receipts to the Customer.
• The application uses Spring Boot and Spring Framework with Java, Maven and MySQL databases.
• Designed UI part of the Website using Html, CSS, Bootstrap.

Freelancer - N-Xpert Solutions

(2015-01 - 2017-12)

Developed multiple applications including Android apps and web applications.

• Developed an Android App using Android Studio IDE. The app used Twitter4j API to fetch tweets from Twitter Account into the Application.
• The app used Facebook API to fetch wall posts into the application. The wall posts messages was integrated with the Application.
• Developed Spring MVC Web Application which demonstrated CRUD features for Employee Management System which fetched data from the MySQL Database.
