Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to lead schools toward academic excellence and improved student outcomes. My tenure as Principal at reputed schools (as mentioned later in the CV) has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of school operations, curriculum development, staff management, and community engagement.

1. Establishing Thinking Classrooms through usage of visible thinking routines and innovative strategies.
2. Successfully improving student performance on standardized tests through the implementation of targeted intervention programs.
3. Established different excel formats for “Academic Audit” for teachers / Coordinators / Team Leads.
4. Establishing the Genius Hour Program (after school classes) for students from grade 8 to 10.
5. Leading a team of dedicated educators to aspire high and deliver as per the mission of the school.

    • CIALFO, BRIDGE U, COMMON APP & UCAS. 
    • Organised career fairs with more than 300 worldwide universities & Indian Universities and was also a HOST School for IC3 conference.
    • Usage of AI in classrooms through ChatGPT/Gemini in lesson plans, Automated grading systems through use of SMARTAIL with detailed analysis and Strategic result oriented plans. 
    • Worked with Power BI software for strategic Analysis of Academic Results.
    • Initiated use of QUIZLET, PLICKER, KAHOOT in classrooms for IT integration.
    • Established Sports Education Program (SEP) with a clear focus on “Skill Building” and Additional Trainings for School Team 
    • Setting up School Wellbeing Department in coordination with Special Education Dept.
    • Establishing meaning and thoughtful art in the curriculum through Performing and Visual Arts as well as organized ART Mela / Exhibition (“Antaragni” ) as a signature event of the School
