Review and preparation of SOPs (Standard operating procedures) as according to current guidelines and company daily practices.
Receipt (Documents verification>vehicle checking>material checking>de-dusting>and Storage of Raw Materials) as according to company procedures and daily practices.
Maintaining documents like (Vehicle checklist, Material checklists,Weight verification, and Inventory Records).
Intimation to QC officer/executive for sampling and testing
Generating Equipments/Instruments a unique identification number
Product coding for all materials available in RM store.(Unique identification number of all materials/products).
Storage of Raw materials as according to their storage conditions.
Handling of all types of spillage and various deviations happens at RM Store.
Verbal and physical training to employees as per SOPs (Standard Operating procedures) and company practices.
Dispensing and Issuance of Raw Materials (Batch and additional material) issuance with proper documentation and daily practices.
Preparing and maintaining AVL (Approved Vendor List) at RM Store department.
Coordination with purchase, Planning and Production for better planning of batch and efficiently and effectively Production of Products.

Receiving of Raw materials as according to current guidelines and company practices (Documents verification>vehicle checks>Materials checks>De-Dusting>weight verification).
Maintaining documents for receipt of Raw materials (vehicle checklist, material checklist, Weight verification records and maintaining Inward records for receipt of materials.
Preparation of GRN (Goods Receipt Note) In ERP Probiz.
Giving Intimation of Receipt Raw materials with GRN to QC officer/Executive for sampling and testing
Storage of Raw Materials as according to their storage conditions with proper labeling status(Quarantine>under test>Approved/Rejected).
Handling of Rejected Raw materials as according to QA/QC/Purchase instructions(Returned/Destruction) with proper documentation.
Dispensing and Issuance of Approved Raw materials to production and reconciliation of material during batch exhustion.
Maintaining accurate entries of material issuance and dispensing records.
Conducting monthly physical stock verification to maintain accurate inventory records.
Preparing and maintaining identification number to all equipments and instruments.
Maintaining daily monitoring record of environmental and daily verification of weighing balance.
