I Am synthetic organic chemist, have done PhD organic chemistry from NIT Warangal, India, I have above 5 Years of industrial experience in R&D Scale up, synthesis, CRO and medicinal chemistry,/FTEs. Currently working as research scientist at sai life sciences, Hyderabad -India

Research Experience: 5 years

• Currently, working in Sai life sciences India (P) LTD, Shamirpet, Hyderabad in R&D Department (FTEs/ CRO) as Research scientist (from april-2023 to till date.)
• Previously, working in Chemveda life sciences India (P) LTD, Uppal, Hyderabad in R&D Department (FTEs) as Associate scientist-1 (AS-1) (from July-2022 to March-2023)
• I have worked in Mithros Chemicals Pvt. Ltd (Germany based MNC), Mallapur, Hyderabad in R&D Department (Synthesis/ CRO) as Research associate (RA) (from June-2021 to June-2022.)
• I have Research experience (1.5 yr.) as Research associate (RA) in R&D-synthesis/scaleup at Oriental organics (Carbonest Pharma Pvt. Ltd), Prashanth Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. (From Jan-2020 to June-2021). 
• I have 5 years of Research experience a part from my Ph.D. research work entitled “Synthesis of sulfonate esters containing heterocyclic scaffolds via sp3 C-H activation and their biological evaluation” at NIT Warangal-India (Dec-2014 to Jan-2020) (Ph.D. awarded in 2022) 
• I have 5 months Organic Research experience (total synthesis) as a Project Research Fellow under DST-SERB Sponsored Research Project (India) at NIT Warangal, Telangana-India. (Aug-2014 to Dec-2014).
• I have 2 (Two) years Industrial Research experience as Sr. Chemist (R&D-scaleup) at Carbonest Pharma Pvt. Ltd (formerly oriental organics), Kukatpally, Hyderabad, in R&D Department, Prashanth Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, (from June-2012 to June-2014 (2 yr.)

• Experienced in coupling reactions (C-C bond forming reaction), reducing, oxidising reagents, acid-amine coupling named reaction, alkylation’s, fluorination reagents and other reactions
  • Good knowledge with extensively variety of techniques and reaction types such as moisture sensitive reactions, low temperature-inert atmosphere reactions, and executed n-BuLi, LDA, LiHMDS, DIBAL-H and Grignard reactions, metal-catalyzed cross coupling, i.e., Heck, Suzuki, Buchwald and Stille coupling reactions. Moreover, Wittig reactions, hydrolysis, protection- deprotection reactions and well known in Acid-amine coupling reactions. Also monitoring all reaction stages of the reaction and optimization of reactions and also has knowledge in the preparation of dry solvents such as THF, Diethyl ether, DCM, Chloroform, Toluene, DMSO. etc.
• Having capable of independently evaluating Design the organic synthetic routes towards target molecule. And Having expertise in analytical data interpretation/characterization of organic compounds using NMR (1H, 13C), LCMS, mass and IR spectroscopic techniques.
• Having expertise in handing of multi-step synthetic chemistry over the reaction types, conditions, optimization of modal reaction (from 5mg) and scale up (up to 1000 gr). Having expertise in compound purification techniques using column chromatography (20 mg to 1000 gm), and biotage/combi-grace/ Combi-Flash chromatography, recrystallization and other purifications techniques for organic/chiral compounds. 
• Ability to work safely with hazardous chemicals. Ability to lead teams of synthetic chemists’ junior chemists and maintain high awareness and follow the safety protocols.
• Having good hands-on expertise in searching the Literature survey in scientific field (Reaxys, Sci-finder) for different organic precursors, intermediates and synthetic routes. Also, optimization pathway of synthetic reactions.
• Extensively used Chem-office (Chem. Draw), MestreNova software, Origin Pro 2020 and computing applications like a MS-Office, 

• During the Ph.D. period (5 years) i have experience as Teaching/lab Assistant for organic chemistry lab practical to M. Sc (Organic Chemistry) and B. Tech (chemistry lab) students. 
• During the Ph.D. period (5 years), I have trained & mentoring the M.Sc. students (up to 10 persons) for their organic chemistry project works. 

• I have qualified UGC NET/Lectureship (AIR-43) in Chemical Sciences in Dec-2013 and Dec-2014 (All India Rank-42) in National Wide Joint CSIR-UGC conducted examination.
• I Qualified Govt. of India UGC-AP State conducted SLET/APSET-2013 Examination in Chemical sciences. 
• I have been Qualified National level GATE-2014 Examination (All India Rank-863) in Chemistry.
