• Developing and implementing a global recruitment and talent strategy to support organizational mission, vision, and goals , drive improvements to global recruitment policies and processes to ensure streamlined, effective, and high-quality services are delivered, and provide regular recruitment metrics and report on progress.
• Providing general recruitment and talent acquisition support, including defining job requirements and responsibilities, writing job ads and descriptions, posting open positions, conducting phone.
• Understanding client requirements and consulting with them to get the best hire in minimum possible time.
• Adhering to company agreed TAT and strive to make it tighter and faster.
• Daily meetings and briefing sessions with team members.
• Manage client and team expectations.

Having 7.7 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment and 4+ years of experience on RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing).
